My stay at Hotel Balian Resort Shinjuku Honten was generally enjoyable, with a spacious room and great amenities like amazing toiletries and snacks. The big tub was definitely a highlight. However, I found the bathroom lighting a bit dim for getting ready, and the breakfast options could have been better. I also felt that the hotel was a bit strict with check-out times.
